Supplements 101


I want to take a minute before you get started and say thank you for checking out my content. This "lecture" was created out of, what I felt, a need to explain supplements and some of the really basic information that I think people either neglect to educate themselves on or simply don't understand. As a professional in this field, I felt like it was my obligation to put together an overview of supplements from start to finish.

Keep in mind that this won't be a deep dive into the literature of supplements or review of individual scientific literature, we'll save that for another time and place. However, even if you are well versed in the realm of supplements, I still think you might find some tidbits of info that you hadn't previously known.

With that being said, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.


The whole course will rotate around these four questions:

  • What a supplement is?
  • If they’re safe?
  • What to look for when choosing a supplement?
  • Whether or not you should use them?

 Who is this for?

Essentially anyone looking to:

  • Learn more about supplements
  • Get the most out of the supplements they’re currently using
  • Validate quality and efficacy
  • Save Money

Lastly, new information is always being released on supplements, from new products to research, to marketing and manufacturing practices. So periodically, this information will be updated.
